OUR MISSION

At Core Fitness Chicago, our mission is to combine elite training techniques, soft tissue therapies, nutrition, detoxification programs, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, including acupuncture and herbal therapies, in a private environment to deliver physical goal achievement. We succeed in helping our clients achieve lifelong fitness goals, which is the inspiration behind our team's passion to deliver exceptional health and fitness services to anyone and everyone in need. We strive every day to provide our clients with the best equipment, information, and services possible to achieve their unique personal health and physical goals. We constantly strive to improve information, environment, and techniques to offer the best experience possible.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Getting started is often the hardest part of any new fitness program. We have taken great care to create an efficient and effective assessment process to get you on the path to achieving your goals. You simply fill out two comprehensive forms and within 48 hours you'll receive a call or email to take the next steps and to explain the upcoming part of the process. Again, this is all designed to make it as easy as possible for you to begin. You have to make the choice, but getting to that choice shouldn't be complicated and with us... it's not.

Making the choice to get help, get fit, and get back on track to a healthier and ultimately more productive "you" is that hard first step; a leap of faith, if you will. That's what we offer at Core Fitness Chicago... Results! To get results we use a simple four-step process to provide you with the roadmap of services to help you achieve your goals. STEP 1: ASSESSMENT

There are hundreds of ways to assess the body. We use a simple and effective testing process to evaluate your current fitness capacity. We listen to your goals and then evaluate the blocking factors that are preventing you from looking and feeling the way you want. We then create a plan to help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible.

STEP 2: RECOMMENDATIONS

After your initial assessment we provide a comprehensive plan that works within your budget to help you achieve your goals - We walk you through each of the recommendations and explain how they help you achieve your goals and set a start date. Program recommendations may include:

STEP 3: IMPLEMENTATION

This is where the magic happens... Program Implementation. WE bring the program derived from the assessment process and YOU show up with the effort, energy, and enthusiasm to achieve your goals. STEP 4: MEASURING PROGRESS

Every successful program should have a way to measure progress. Tracking progress allows us to adapt the program for continued success. Progress tracking may include:
